HS Boys Basketball Update: Next weeks Friday, 2/2/24, game will be in Avoca instead of Abilene starting at 6:30 p.m.
PreK reviewed the letter A today! We traced and colored words that start with the A sound.
Update for JH Basketball in the Paint Creek Tournament on Saturday, January 27th: JH Boys will play Baird @ 10:00 a.m. in the Old Gym and JH Girls will play Paint Creek @ 12:00pm. in the New Gym.
Junior High Lady Raiders for the win. Great job ladies.

The varsity girls and boys played two good games this evening but came up short. Good job to all.

Lueders-Avoca families, we are aware of the water problem in Stamford and have been monitoring the repair process. The latest word from the City of Stamford is that repairs have been made and that water should resume as normal.
At this time we will have school at the regular scheduled time, Tuesday, January 16th.
We will continue to monitor the situation.

Basketball Update: There will be a varsity boys basketball game on Tuesday, December 5th at 6:00 in Avoca.
LA ISD would like to invite you to our elementary Christmas program.
In accordance with UIL rules, the Varsity Girls and Boys Basketball games in Avoca have been cancelled for tonight 11/28/23 due to the water outage.
Parents:
Elementary/Junior High UIL is this week Wednesday and Thursday in Rotan. If your student is involved he or she will bring home a note TOMORROW TUESDAY letting you know what day or days they will be going.
Please have your child dress nicely ESPECIALLY if they are in a speaking event. If they are in a speaking event they need to wear church clothes. PLEASE NO CLOTHES WITH HOLES IN THEM!
